The first official family reunion festivities started today, beginning with bowling at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino. I think we took up nine or ten lanes!
Even though there was some competitive bowling going on, it's definitely more about the uncles, aunties, and cousins all catching up with each other!
In the evening, a big group of us went over to Axehole on Fremont Street. Throwing axes at targets sounds like fun family bonding time, right? It totally was! Although I question the wisdom of serving alcohol to axe-wielding patrons...

Between bowling for a couple hours this morning and throwing axes for another hour or so tonight, my right arm is about ready to fall off. Where's the ibuprofen?!
